MAC MOLNER

Grandmaster and former US Junior Champion. Currently studying coding in New York.

Pascal Charbonneau

Grandmaster and two-time Canadian Champion, Pascal now lives in Montclair and works for NJ based hedge fund. He has competed in the Olympiad and beaten top players including GM Anand and GM Short. Like some of his teammates, he also enjoys a game of poker, and playing tennis.

International master and youngest New York State Champion.

Chess expert and Montclair native, Sean is a former scholastic champion of New Jersey, chess teacher, poker player, writer, and construction estimator.

Former US Junior Champion, 2016 Women’s Olympiad coach, Samford Chess Fellow, and COO of Sports Quotient.

Aleksandr Lenderman

Coach of the 2016 gold medal winning US Olympiad team, former world youth champion.

Mac Molner is an American Grandmaster born and raised in Montclair. He is the only Grandmaster to earn all IM and GM norms in the US. Aside from playing chess, Mac likes to play poker, soccer, and is a professional coach, looking to build up chess in his hometown area.

FIDE master born and raised in Northern, NJ before moving to New York. In 2016 he earned two IM norms and won the Empire City Open.

Now one of the top ranked professional poker players in the world, in his youth Dan was a major chess enthusiast who has upset multiple grandmasters. He recently raised $1.7 million for charity.

Former Denker High School Champion, Crazy House Champion and one of the top bughouse players in the world.
